- No Refund Policy
All bookings for our workshops are non-refundable. Once you have successfully registered and made the payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind after booking.
Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend.
Personal or professional reasons.
- Seat Transfer Policy
While refunds are not provided, you may transfer your seat to another person if you cannot attend the workshop. To do so:
Notify us at least 4 days before the workshop.
Provide the details of the new participant.
Ensure the new participant meets any prerequisites (if applicable).
- Workshop Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be:
Given the option to attend the rescheduled session.
Provided with a credit that can be used for future workshops.
